We personally interview each potential member before they are allowed to join; you cannot simply buy a membership on our website. For our first season (2025-26), we will only allow sixteen inaugural memberships. We do this to ensure we have conservation-minded, passionate bow hunters who want to harvest mature bucks and have no game violations on record. I want to get to know who our hunters are and their real intent, respecting the trust of everyone involved. As part of membership, each member will allow us to put their picture and bio on the website to build our community.

The Major League Archery membership is a 12-day bow hunting experience, valid from September 15th through the end of the Missouri bow season. The days do not have to be consecutive. You, the member, choose your dates—a couple of days here, a few there, or a longer hunt all at once. While you do not have to identify your days upfront, we do require at least 5 days' notice prior to any scheduled hunt. Please note that unused days cannot be carried over to the next season.

Members can grab two additional hunting days by simply harvesting two does that meet the criteria before the end of the hunting day on October 31st. See the Incentives & Competition page for the full details.

Yes. To ensure the quality of the bow hunting experience, dates are blocked off from bow hunting starting two days before the Missouri rifle season begins until the Tuesday following Thanksgiving. Additionally, we have an "Open Hunting" period which starts after the Thanksgiving break. No more than eight of your twelve days can be taken during this late-season period.

Major League Archery has a strict "no guest policy." Guests are not allowed for any reason. This ensures privacy, safety, and a consistent experience for all paying members of the club.

We will run approximately 60 trail cameras from late summer until a month after the bow season ends. To maintain the challenge and integrity of the hunt, the Land Manager will be the only one with access to these images until the "Open Hunting" period begins after Thanksgiving. At that point, any member with available hunting days will have access to the trail camera images on a controlled, limited basis to assist with late-season strategies. The specific access rules will be set by Major League Archery.

The standard membership is $7,500.00. To renew or secure your spot, a 25% non-refundable deposit is due no later than March 31st. A second 25% non-refundable payment is due no later than June 15th. The remaining balance must be paid in full by August 1st. We also offer a monthly recurring payment plan to help budget the cost over the year; please inquire if you are interested in this feature.

Yes. Each member has the option to renew their membership for the following season before their spot is offered to someone new, with a commitment required by March 31st. We reserve the right to deny renewal based on a member's conduct. Furthermore, we value loyalty: a membership with Major League Archery for three consecutive years will earn you a 50% discount on your fourth year.

For an additional fee, our Major League Archery Gold Membership ($9,500.00 total) allows up to three members the exclusive opportunity to hunt the first 6 days of the Missouri rifle season with their bow. Members must purchase a rifle license to do this, as required by MDC law. The upgrade costs $2,000 if secured before November 1st, or $3,000 after November 1st, depending on availability. Major League Archery reserves the right to deny the availability of this membership from year to year.

We have a competitive hunt payback system that every member is automatically qualified for. These incentives are designed to help us manage our deer herd, build a healthy age structure, and create better opportunities for future years, all while paying our hunters back for their skilled and ethical hunting. All awards and cash payouts are considered 1099 payments, and you will be required to fill out a 1099 form. Members can also choose to have the money credited to their membership for the following year to forego any income tax liability.

Refer a friend who is accepted and joins the club, and you will receive $750.00 off your membership for the first year. If they remain a member, you will receive $500.00 off for all subsequent years they stay. Certain conditions apply: the referred friend cannot have already contacted us, and you must be a fully paid member at the time of the referral to be eligible.

We encourage our members to hunt the red (blood) moon. We subscribe to The Moon Guide and believe it's a valuable tool for maximizing success. To help you plan, each new member is given a complimentary 1-Year subscription to Moon Guide upon joining.

Your membership gives you access to 2,097 acres of incredible, managed whitetail habitat. With only 16 standard memberships available, this provides a very generous one member per 131 acres, ensuring a low-pressure environment. We have grain for those cold winter days and winter green/brassica plots for those warmer winter days, which act as magnets for deer, especially during the late season.

Members should be aware that duck hunting will be taking place on the 90, 120, and the Haile Farm once duck season opens. The season typically begins Thanksgiving Day, runs that weekend, stops, and then starts back up the following weekend through the end of January. This should not significantly impact your bow hunting experience but is something to be aware of.
